Andrew Arome Abogede

Andrew bagged his LLB (Hons) from Kogi State University in 2014. Afterwards he proceeded to the Nigerian law school, where he obtained his BL and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. He is licensed to practice law in Nigeria as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

He joined the law firm of Babalakin & Co in 2015 where he did his internship and garnered the requisite knowledge in Litigation, Corporate Practice and Maritime law. He also joined the Legal Aid Council, FCT in 2016 as a corp member and as an ardent advocate of human right, he used his good office as the Vice President of the Legal Aid Clinic FCT branch to secure several acquittals and also ensured diligent/expeditious trial of indigent inmates at Kuje Medium Correctional Centre, Pro Bono.

Andrew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high value commercial litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. He has extensive proficiency in handling complex civil and criminal litigation cases in courts of original and appellate jurisdiction.

His practice focuses mainly on corporate/commercial transactions and incidental matters, such as company registration, company secretarial services, general corporate restructuring, corporate finance, due diligence, corporate compliance, joint ventures, legal advisory services and mergers and acquisitions in Nigeria.

Since joining the firm, Andrew has garnered experience in Aviation law, Trade, Environmental, Corporate, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Human Rights, Maritime, Energy and Infrastructure and Oil and Gas Law.

Sanusi Salisu Dakat

Sanusi Salisu Dakat graduated from the prestigious University of Jos, Jos Plateau State of Nigeria, where he obtained his LLB (Hons) in 2015. Afterwards, he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where he obtained his BL and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. He is licensed to practice law in Nigeria as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He also obtained his Masters in Business and Commercial Law (MBCL) from Bayero University Kano.

Sanusi Salisu Dakat is a committed and enthusiastic professional, with significant knowledge and experience in law practice acquired over a period of time in both Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration and Negotiation, Corporate, Business and Commercial law and Real Estate. He did his internship at Rickey Tarfa & Co., thereafter he proceeded to Ministry of Justice in Kaduna for his National Youth Service Corp where he also acquired significant knowledge in Criminal Prosecution under the D.P.P, where he is part of the legal team in a number of high profile cases, notably the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (Shiite) before he joined the Law Firm of Oguejiofor K. Obi & Co., as Head of Chambers.

Sanusi salisu Dakat also did an online training with the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) on Conflict Analysis and Mediating Violent Conflict.

Sanusi Salisu Dakat is highly passionate in Litigation and Corporate practice with interest in Oil and Gas, Maritime and Sports Law.

Enobong Ekwere Ndah

Enobong Ekwere Ndah ESQ., LLB (Hons), called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in November 2018.

She attended the renowned University of Nigeria, Nsukka; and upon successful completion, proceeded to The Nigerian Law School, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. She also interned at the prestigious Law Firm of F.B. Olorogun & Co., in Year 2018 where she gained versatile knowledge and experience in the legal practice.

Enobong Esq. has keen interests in Human Rights, Corporate Practice, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Taxation Law, Women and Children’s Rights/Family Law, as well as Information Technology Law.

ENOBONG EKWERE NDAH Esq. is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, (NBA) and has participated in numerous movements geared towards promoting the rights of the girl child as well as the rights of the less privileged in the society.  She is also a seasoned writer and a motivational speaker.
